Dev pipeline init

Himmelsbach, Zachary requested to merge dev_pipeline_init into master

Add several functions to improve pipeline initialization. Allow for automated processing of single variables within dplyr::mutate calls (with camr_process_redcap_var); camr_redcap_event_data to pull events info; fixes to camr_get_field_meta (issues with negative values); give camr_find_file option to indicate targets dependencies.
