Himmelsbach, Zachary requested to merge dev_table1 into master

This branch adds camr_make_table1, a function to create descriptive tables from data frames that follow CAM variable naming conventions. It also fixes dependency issues with the packages (via updates to DESCRIPTION) and adds testthat testing to the CI.
