smdi 0.2.0 with updated features and vignette

  • ASMD => look at mean/median, min, mix (not just single value)
  • Accuracy => document better and consider other metrics like % explained
  • Make more clear re: multivariate missingness
  • Make warning with AUC in case of monotonicity
