Hubbell, Harrison Taylor requested to merge hh_pd_edu into main

Adds patient's highest level of education they reported. Also cleans up a few fields that could report null values that we would want to show as Unknown. Likewise, convert a few values that would appear as "Unavailable" to "Unknown."
