NoteAll View
A notes view that combines all lines of the note from Clarity into one column. This is useful for quickly extracting the entire note content without remembering the stuff syntax, or having to combine the lines at the application layer.
An encounter can have more than one note associated with it, so it's critical that users understand the limitations of this view. There's still a lot of business logic that needs to be applied when linking to this view in a query. More documentation will follow after some testing.
