- DEPLOY.md: document the dev (DEV) / main (PROD) branch model and feat/<app>
  -> dev -> main promotion flow; fix PROD path to /opt/hbo/hb_digital_apps;
  reference apps/portal/router.py.
- README.md: project-structure tree now shows apps/<name>/ + shared/ (db,
  decorators, paths) instead of routes/ + services/; fix stale /home/PHSftpuser
  paths and routes/explorer.py references.
- FILE_DISTRIBUTION.md: replace routes/ and services/ sections with apps/ and
  shared/; drop deleted repository.py; refresh main.py + explorer notes.
