Rollup BWP and MGP site codes to BWH and MGH in EncounterInpatientEncounters

Summary

While using the inpatient table for an analysis looking at PET scans while inpatient, I noticed BWP and MGP site codes. An example is 'MGP GI ENDO BLK4' I don't know enough about day surgery to know if we should be including these as true inpatient events, while the patient is technically inpatient, cases where BWP or MGP are site code the LOS never goes above 1.0.

What is the expected behavior?

If we include BWP and MGP site codes, it might make sense if after testing, we roll these up to BWH and MGH respectively. Other option if based on research we exclude these cases

Justification for request

This is more of a question related to how we define inpatient events, should we count MGP/BWP cases in MGH/BWH or exclude them as they don't appear to yield LOS > 1.
